Gpay Transaction Failed ?? Money Deducted??
So guys today we are discussing about what to do if Gpay Transactions are FAILED or not reflecting in your account, also should you be worried about that ??
The answer is a Big NO!
Well first of all kudos to Google for coming into Indian market and performing better than the current present UPI payment gateways. Definitely the company has taken care of such situations where the payments fail and still the amount gets deducted.
Here’s How You Do It
If the transaction is failed and the money is deducted, the money will be put back into your account in some time. Google Pay usually suggests to wait for 3 working days at least for the transaction to be done.
If The Money Is Still Not Debited
Note that the complaint can only be raised by the sender. To raise a complaint you need to open the transaction that failed. At the top right corner of the you will find an option of Raise a Dispute in the burger. Further tap on Continue.
Go into your profile and and scroll down to find Help and Feedback. Here you will find FAQs and at the bottom you will find two options Chat and Call. Here you can either chat with the executive or request for a call from Google Pay. Here you have to fill your details and you will soon be receiving a call from one of the service executives to resolve your issue.
